The caseload will involve: freehold and leasehold conveyancing, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Rights to Buy, Shared Ownership Schemes and lease extensions. 
 
Skills and Responsibilities; 
 
- Experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Coneyancer 
 
 
- Be able to handle a caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception through to completion

The Role 
The successful candidate should have strong IT, communication and writing skills to assist the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of Marketing activities. The position may suit someone who has a Marketing qualification or who has experience in working within a Sales and/or Marketing role for at least a year. They should be highly organised and be able to work as part of a team or on their own initiative. 
 
Exceptional customer service is essential to the role as the successful candidate will also be expected to provide quotes to clients for legal services. A friendly and confident telephone manner and an appreciation for customer satisfaction will be required. This ‘hands on’ role will include a wide range of duties including: 
 
• Providing quotes to property clients over the phone and by email 
• Assisting with the creation of content to support campaigns (blogs, infographics, images, printed flyers, videos, magazine adverts, etc) 
• Website content creation and CMS administration 
• Organisation and distribution of Marketing literature/merchandise 
• Monitoring of customer satisfaction levels 
• Coordination of the company’s CSR activities 
• Coordination of internal newsletter 
• Competitor analysis 
 
Car driver is preferable but not essential to the post.

• You will have the ability to report and liaise with the Management Board on department information and provide business development proposals. 
• You will be highly organised, accurate, and will be able to keep meticulous records. 
• You will be committed to meeting deadlines. 
• You will ideally have a portable client base of your own 
Advanced Family Law is preferred. 
Children Law Panel membership is essential. 
Own transport/valid UK driver licence holder is preferred as there will be an element of working from various Courts and Company offices.
